You Do Not Have To Join the Masses!
Thousands of people presently employed and working made the mistake to settle for a job that pays the bills but leaves them unfulfilled and empty. A poll held by Chandler Hill Partners to examine job satisfaction asks if it's an illusion or a real possibility to achieve job satisfaction.

Requirements For Getting Hired:
In order to get hired the applicant will need to provide a current health certificate with proof of rubella immunization or rubella titer; documentation of varicella; hepatitis B screening; pre-employment physical examination and annual TB testing first. In some instances the employer may also request a criminal background check.

In certain states the law mandates that persons who provide services that involve direct contact with patients and residents in a healthcare facility or nursing home to have their background checked. Medical assistants are expected to consent to a criminal background check and they may also have to undergo a pre-employment drug screening test. Otherwise the individual can be disqualified from having direct patient contact.

There are other closely related healthcare occupations that a medical assistant may be promoted or hired into. A skilled medical assistant with years of experience may qualify as the medical office manager, or accept a position in the medical records office, the medical billing and coding department, or in phlebotomy. Others, as they outgrow their role as a front or back office medical assistant may cross-train into other related healthcare occupations. Learn more at Medical Assistant Site.

Chandler Hill Partner's Press Release Excerpt
TUCSON, Arizona / PR FREE / Apr 28 2005 —
A recent Chandler Hill Partners poll asking job seekers to comment on the level of satisfaction with their current job indicated that only 27 percent of respondents considered their jobs to be satisfying. Only 27 percent of respondents to their poll considered their jobs to be satisfying! A 27 percent satisfaction rate is an alarmingly low number considering that job satisfaction impacts productivity levels, quality of interaction in the corporate culture and society in general as workers return to their private lives with the stress and frustrations accumulated during the workday.

What Does it Take to Be Satisfied?
Sarah Hightower, CEO of Chandler Hill Partners, the Nation’s leading career search specialists says, that money is certainly a factor in job satisfaction! As a society we are still validated somewhat by the salaries we command individually, but another poll taken by Chandler Hill Partners indicates that money isn't the only ingredient in job satisfaction.
