If you use our medical assistant web forum, bulletin board, blog, shoutbox, or social networking pages, e.g.facebook, and other sources linked to this website you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you provide and post can be read, collected, or used by other users on these forums, blogs, or social sites and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Unsolicited Job Offers

We do not encourage, nor solicit, or request posting of job requests and recruitment advertisement into thepublicly visible areas of our forums. Visitors, members and guests on our forum MUST understand that we, theforum owners, administrators and moderators will not and cannot verify, guarantee, nor warrant the validity ofany such offers, announcements and queries related to medical and health care jobs. If posted, understand that:


• We don’t know about any costs affiliated with such offers.     

• It is also unknown about the qualifications required.     

• It is unknown if a candidate will be required to take a skill assessment test as part of the hiring process.

The forum owners, administrators, and moderators assume no responsibilities or liabilities regarding any such unapproved advertisements. Forum visitors may respond at their own risk and hold the forum owners, administrators, and moderators harmless against any lawsuits that may arise as a result of any unsolicited advertisements.

Removal of Posted Messages

While we initially cannot stop anyone from posting on our forums, we reserve the right to move and remove posted messages at any time. Those who continuously flout our rules will be banned from posting. Please note that we have little time to debate a ban. If you break a rule you will be banned, no arguments.


As far as questions for the Administrator, or Moderator – DO NOT POST “Question for Danni” or anyone else in the public areas. We don’t always have time to scan through and certain things just don’t belong in the forums. Just use common sense and discretion.


 • We cannot answer legal questions.      

• We cannot train you in medical assisting, medical billing, or medical coding.      

• We cannot give you answers to your homework or tests if you are a student.      

• We cannot make any recommendations regarding a specific school, course, textbook, or software.      

• We cannot contact your school, externship site, or employer for you.      

• We WILL NOT help you with a lawsuit against a doctor, nurse, or medical billing company.

Children and Minors

Children are not eligible to use our services unsupervised and we ask that children (under the age of 14) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.


Advertising and Comment Posting Rules
This rule affects webmasters, developers, content writers, guest blog writers promoting themselves on the forum. Commercial website linking or advertising is not allowed in any of our forums, blogs, or social network sites, if you wish to advertise on this site contact us.


Unapproved advertisers and SPAMMERs will be banned by IP number and have all of their messages removed from our forums, social networking sites, and blogs. This includes obvious or suspected subliminal advertising as well, such as:
“I went to such-and-such school and it was the best training I could get for the money. I highly recommend this{name of school}. Contact me with questions.”


Anyone who posts comments or subliminal ads for specific institutions, businesses, schools, textbooks, software brands (as in software mentioned by name) is subject to removal from our forums or social network and their IP numbers will be blocked without warning or further explanation. While forum members have the freedom of choice to ask a pertinent question, receiving an answer is NOT a right.  People who post responses to questions do so as a free courtesy, which said courtesy can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the poster, site owner, and forum administrator.
Participants, members, and guests of our website, blogs, forums, or social networks agree that by being given the privilege of posting a question the forum owner, administrators, moderators and commentators are held harmless if they make their freedom of choice decision not to post back, respond, comment or answer, or somehow posted a response that is incorrect. No unapproved or subliminal advertisements are tolerated.
